We are receiving a much larger address return with our January mailing than we have in the last 3 years. Is anyone else seeing this? And if so what do you think the reason may be.
Hello Joyce- We have not been experiencing this at The Vermont Country Store. Have you checked with your service bureau to see if the processing of your mail tapes changed or if the printer did anything different?
I can't think of any reason why, other than consumers losing jobs and having to move. The change in format for the back cover mailing address area (moved to the top of the book) will not go into effect until later this spring. Do you use "or current resident" on your mailing label? Cindy
